Resolving errors

Resolve report parsing errors by matching the unmatched metadata from the imported report file to your catalog metadata.

If you have already created matching rules, you can apply them to a report with errors by clicking Reprocess for errors.
To create new matching rules and save them for future processing:
- Find a match among the suggested catalog metadata results.
- Search any metadata in the catalog with the Search tool for more match suggestions.
- Choose a match from your catalog.

If no catalog metadata result is found to match the report file metadata, you can leave the unresolved error as is, and detach the error from the report together with any other unmatched errors.

Already have matching rules for these errors? Retry parsing the report first: Reprocess for errors
Updated your catalog after importing this report? Delete & reimport the report if you need sale lines to match your new catalog.

About daily trends reporting

Daily trends data is information that some services provide about the streams/sales on their service for the previous day. This data is limited in various ways:

Only a few services provide daily trends.
The numbers indicated are provided only as estimates by the services. Nothing is official until the monthly revenue report is generated.
Even when services provide daily trends data, they still do not issue activity reports and payment for another 15-30 days after the end of the month (sometimes even longer). For example: if it is January 1, no service will issue payment before February 15. We then have to wait for all other services to send us their reports and payments before we can process these to issue your statement. All told, you'll usually receive payment for January sometime in March (unless we have to wait longer for certain key services to report to us).

Warner Daily Trends

About daily trends reporting

Daily trends data is information that some services provide about the streams/sales on their service for the previous day. This data is limited in various ways:

Only a few services provide daily trends. Click on the "Reports availability" button to see which services's daily trends are available for your account.
The "Reports availability" button will also allow you to see which service's daily trends have been updated, or which may be missing. Although each service aims to update their trends data every day, it is not unusual for them to fall behind.
Daily trends for streaming-only services such as Spotify, Deezer, etc. are shown as units only. The money equivalent is never displayed because the services themselves don't know how much revenue each play represents until the end of the month (the calculation is based on the total number of subscribers at the end of the month and/or the number of ads sold at the end of the month).
We can and do, however, display revenue per unit for download stores (iTunes, but not Apple Music or iTunes Match; Google Play Store, but not Google Play Locker or Subscriptions). You can see the revenue equivalent only in the "Downloads" tab (top of the page); click on "Show: Units/Revenue" at the top of the graph.
Keep in mind that even for download stores, the revenue indicated is only an estimate; the numbers indicated may change by the time the services generates their official royalty report. Possible reasons are: incomplete transactions, failed downloads, returned sales, etc.).
Even when services provide daily trends data, they still do not issue payment for another 15-30 days after the end of the month (sometimes even longer). For example: if it is January 1, no service will issue payment before February 15 at best.
